After completing the research project about welded coatings where I did my internship, Ibecame involved in the main functions on the company within the quality department and assisting production through the design of tooling and customer care.Among my responsabilities are:- Measurement of parts after machining and completion of quality reports- Management of certifications with the main classification societies (Lloyd's, DNV, Bureau Veritas)- Sketching of parts for study and repair- Design of tooling for production- Management of the production of large series small parts

During my internship in the company, I was immersed in the development of a research project on welded stainless steel coatings, designing a methodology that would allow an efficient process optimization as well as verifying the quality of the final products to be manufactured.Among my responsabilities were:- Development of a test methodology based on European standards- Design of a test bench for coated shafts- Construction and validation of specimens, as well as analysis of results
