• Manage relationships and interface on a daily basis with contractors and owners on projects with budgets exceeding $500+ million• Manage project teams, consultants, contractors and budgets• Trained team members on a variety of tasks and software to help assist in accomplishing the project goals • Assist with project technical supervision, cost estimating, quality assurance, purchase orders, scopes of work, and procurement• Perform takeoffs and vendor negotiation processes• Work closely with large project teams consisting of 50 - 100 people, to ensure we meet schedule and budget-Manage submittal process and verified all submittals to be in accordance with project specifications-Compile cost estimates for change orders submitted by subcontractors-Collaborate with the architects and engineers to satisfy Ownership design requirements-Work hand-in-hand with subcontractors of all trades to request design clarifications via RFI-Perform buy-outs of trade subcontractors and vendors as part of design-bid-build process-Attend weekly project meetings to maintain project schedule and ensure completion within budget-Manage design documents and make them available to all parties involved -Perform take-offs to ensure proper quantities are being considered

Support with research for new client opportunities.* Perform material takeoffs and vendors negotiation process.* Work closely with trades to ensure quality and safety operation.* Utilize AutoCAD to design schematics/diagrams for projects.* Utilize AutoCAD and Microsoft Office sheets to minimize material waste.
