I'm a commercial insurance specialist with a broad range of skills ranging from good old fashioned underwriting through to strategic planning and leadership. We all know insurance is a 'people industry' which is why I still love it after two decades. I believe engendering enthusiasm to be a key component of my leadership role. I'd consider myself a bit of an all rounder but if I had to nominate some specialities they'd be: project delivery, change management, P&C Underwriting, building successful teams, leading and influencing profitable growth.
