Delivered high-quality, meaningful evaluations, even when faced with incomplete data, limited resources, and tight deadlines.Together with C230 founding partners, launched Mexican FinTech start-up Intelimetrica to improve housing market conditions through data analysis.

Built web-based proportech platform to connect homeowners, buyers, and financial institutions in Latvia, enabling thousands of users to explore and discover home value. Used machine learning to analyze and estimate value of land plots, private houses, and apartments. Implemented algorithm to appraise the complete land asset portfolio for the largest market cap company in Latvia.

Cofounder of Intelimetrica, a Mexican Fin Tech start up devoted to improving the conditions of the housing market through data analysis. Developed a model to appraise home values using data science.

Taught econometrics and statistics in the Masters in Public Administration program.

Designed a public program to provide land market access to young entrepreneurs in rural areas, creating an evaluation and monitoring system, coordinating program activities in ten Mexican states, managing the institutional relationship with the World Bank, and participating in negotiations to obtain a $100 million loan to support the program during its four initial years.

Assisted team overseeing a watershed management program focused on helping low-income communities increase access to irrigation and curb soil degradation. Used field research and econometric analysis to produce a report with policy recommendations to incentivize farmer collaboration aimed at preserving common natural resources (Master’s degree thesis).

Coordinated program to train young professionals sponsored by Mexican state governments. Managed institutional relationships with Mexican state governors' offices, doubling the number of participating states, supervising academic projects, and recruiting program candidates.
