Mothercare Elc Contract

Since joining Mothercare contract back in February 2018, MIS Team has become more efficient and we were able to create number of tools, reports and dashboards which supported business in decision making and made reporting and performance management more accurate and user friendly. During this time I was able to pass most of the knowledge onto my team which enabled a great team working culture. My key achievements on Mothercare contract was creation of PKMS extract for OMS which allowed the site to proceed with OMS Implementation. Similarly for the first time in history we were able to create Warehouse Budget Models based on actual figures rather than historical run rate. Recently we have successfully transferred reporting server to the new cloud based server in Prague which was a completely new experience for me.
