Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operational needs of the Shelter, ensuring the completion of all program objectives, adherence to agency rules and regulations, and the safety and cleanliness of the Shelter at all times.

First and foremost I am "Helping Hurting people in Jesus' name".I provide support to the Programs and Shelter by coaching participants in Life and Job readiness relevant to Life and Job Skills and/or assistance. I am also involved in the development of the guests and program participants in the program by setting goals for Life and Work habits and development that allows the participant to move out successfully into independent living and gainful, sustainable employment.
