Since I was very young I have been quite curious. I used to asked my mother so many questions, I remember with great affection once she told me, ¨my love, I don't have the answers to everything¨. That moment stuck with me, from then on, every time I wanted to know more about something I investigate it myself.I studied communication and I have multidisciplinary experience, which is very useful in the human resources sector. I am passionate about listening to others, looking for ways to positively impact the lives of those around me. I like change, challenges, I am creative and innovative. I want to improve people's quality of life, so that they can live a more integral life, especially at work, which is where we spend most of our time. I seek to connect the purposes of the organization with people compatible with its purposes and generate synergy. I aim to create work teams that reach their maximum potential and development, in an inclusive and safe environment.
