I led the creation of the Design team, collaborating with all areas of the company to identify key needs and design opportunities, strengthening the visual identity and brand cohesion at Axelar. I designed and implemented a scalable Design System that included modular templates, integrations, and brand usage guidelines. I also implemented automated solutions to optimize the team’s workflow, ensuring visual consistency and facilitating agile collaboration between design and development. Additionally, I developed a toolkit for a conference where Axelar was the main sponsor, which included a Brand Book, promotional materials, presentations, animations, social media templates, and memes to creatively connect with the audience.

I led the creation and implementation of the Design System from scratch, working alongside a team of 30 designers. The system included responsive versions for web, iOS, and Android, with documentation in Figma, Confluence, and the respective library. Additionally, I facilitated the adoption and scalability of the system through training sessions, ensuring its integration into workflows. I collaborated closely with development teams across all platforms, defining the technical architecture and necessary services for its implementation. I also designed the tools for documentation, integration, testing, and continuous updates of the system, ensuring its sustainability and evolution.
