Mechatronics Engineer graduated from the National Technological Institute of Mexico. I completed my professional internships in the area of quality and metrology, which, coupled with a project, guided me towards the field of CAD design. I have 2 years of experience as CAD disigner wich throughout my career, I have in managing customer needs, addressing features, measurements, and design proposals.My professional experience extends beyond engineering into the realm of customer service, where I honed my communication and problem-solving skills quickly and efficiently, providing assistance in English.Currently, I am immersed in pursuing a Master's in Administration and Senior Management to strengthen my leadership and business management skills.
