Hello everyone! | Hej! | ¡Hola!I'm a food science technologist and I'm currently pursuing a Master's degree in Food Technology with a specialisation in I+D at the Technical University of Denmark. I approach my work with a penchant for analytical tasks, always looking for a creative angle. My time as a research assistant at UMH, working on the use of by-products to create sustainable beverages, gave me valuable experience in the laboratory and fostered my passion for research and innovation in food science.What can you expect from me? I'm the type to dive into real-life problems, even when solutions seem out of reach. Passion drives me, especially when it comes to researching and creating.
