Coordinated IBM's presence and ecosystem engagement for the Developer Advocacy Open Source Organization. Responsibilities included coordinating technical presentations, demonstrations for the product focus area, designing and implementing IBM's sponsorship at 3rd party events. Primary technologies of focus were Docker, CloudFoundry, Node.js, jQuery.

Engaged in growing the Premium Support offering in IBM from a $7M business to over a $100M business through market analysis, revenue retention, and client growth. As an operations leader for this offering, I managed headcount requirements, contract management, revenue projections/forecast, cost / expense forecast. I developed a process to bring contract.

• IBM Finance included monthly financial budgeting and forecasting of cost and expense for a multi $100M annual budget. The Business Development role required client facing presentations on the offering and resulted in.
• Closed $3.6M in new and renewed contracts in one year.
• Generated 93% or higher contract renewal rates year over year.
• Organized and led IBM event that resulted in $8.8M in contract renewal or new business.
• Researched and resolved staff cost inaccuracies leading to improved profit margin.
