My role is as Team Lead on RevoU Full Stack Data Analytics Program. My responsibilities is:- Attend classes and optimize student's learning experiences.- Conduct 1 on 1 session with student and simulation session to help student do their assignments.- Provide level-1 support.- Provide grading on their perfomance during course and give feedbacks to them.- Evaluate and report student's progress.- Make sure for TL regeneration for future batch or programs.

My role is as a Project Lead in Team 1 E-Commerce Division on RevoU Labs. Our team have several to do list job, such as:- Analyze and clean of total 170.000 row data to get insight and recommendation needed for any business problems.- Create KPI dashboard for 3 types of user such as, C-level (strategic), manager (analytical) and staff (operational).- Provide customer segmentation using RFM analysis to improve marketing performance and revenue.- Provide comprehensive funnel analysis to decrease time duration in each funnel step or other metrics like bounce rate, abandonment cart rate. Then improve general funnel conversion rate and time duration.- Evaluate the current voucher performance and give some recommendation to improve next voucher program performance.

Ruangguru is the largest technology company in Indonesia that focuses on education-based services. We already have more than 22,000,000 users and manage 300,000 teachers who offer services in more than 100 subject areas.- Maintained good relationship with potential customers and recent customers in colaboration with Customer Service Associate team- Offered solutions to educational problems faced (especially english language problems) and matching it with Ruangguru's products, especially to join English Academy Course by Ruangguru.- Collaborated with Business Operation team to improve English Academy facilities and benefits do to customers preferences.- Follow up with Ruangguru application users to subscribe to paid features, so the customers get full benefit study in Ruangguru.
