Responsible for leading the implementation of the County’s Corporate Asset Management Programme with an estimated value of $1.1 billion. Scope includes the development and implementation of asset management policies, strategies, decision frameworks, processes and tools in alignment with the corporate strategic action plan and sustainability strategy. Responsible for ensuring compliance with Ontario Regulation 588/17: Asset Management Planning for Municipal Infrastructure

Responsible for the development, implementation, and management of strategic project work plans related to asset management data and systems; including budget, project scope, human resource assignments, project cost estimates, schedules, risk analysis, performance reporting, communication plans, quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) procedures, project closure, operating procedures, end-user training, and maintenance plans.

Responsible for planning, execution, and control of multidisciplinary data collection and analysis projects in excess of $1 million at both municipal and state level departments of transportation. Acted as primary customer contact throughout the project lifecycle including final delivery of data and on-site system setup.
