As a consultant for Bennett College, I led the redesign of their general education program to create a more inclusive and dynamic curriculum. Drawing on data collected from faculty, I analyzed student needs and tailored the curriculum to align with Bennett's mission and strategic goals. My work involved developing 12 comprehensive course syllabi, each with detailed weekly themes, sample activities, open-access reading materials, and assignments to support faculty and enhance the learning experience for students.The redesigned courses focused on critical themes such as women of color, social justice and activism, quantitative reasoning, writing, cultural competency, and identity.
