Our aim was to create platforms and events that inspire people to "get off the couch" and get active in nature.My role was to build sustainable commercial relationships with endemic and non-endemic brands that want to associate with, market and build their brand through our unique multi-media & event platforms in the sport and wellness space.In addition I engaged in brand development, marketing strategy, project management, logistics, operations management and anything required to establish new projects & event experiences across the group.

As part of the sustainable scaling efforts at Silverline Brands I worked with Michael & Tatum (founders) to decode the essence of what makes their business a success. We instilled this into an evolving organisational culture and innovative technology architecture which facilitates & supports continuous improvement. My personal calling is to decode and distill sustainable performance, to enable people & organisations to realise their full potential and be inspired to act on it. At Silverline I was fortunate enough to do just this.

As employee number 1 at a tech startup, my role included but was not limited to new business & brand development, establishing and applying vetting processes to filter, approve and onboard freelance professionals and database management of sourced talent.

I was primarily responsible for establishing and heading up the HR function at a newly founded fashion retailer. The role evolved into a combined HR, operations, and strategic leadership role across the group of brands. This included but was not limited to establishing & consistently applying an organisational culture, a recruitment process that matched the newly establish business & culture, training and leadership development, operations & stock management, performance management, facilitating trade union relations, & handeling disciplinary procedures.

Responsible for the general management of & leadership in the Aca Joe Brand. We established a business culture aligned with the brand lifestyle and built a lasting ethos by leveraging our unique customer touch points, quality lifestyle clothing and an authentic in-store experiences over time.

As part of the Aca Joe brand leadership team & was responsible for building high performance brand and retail teams. We ensured that our brand values permeated through our teams at all customer touch points by recruiting accurately, training & developing our brand and retail teams and fostering healthy team dynamics. This included the development of leadership across the brand, high quality induction & training, strategic talent management, recruitment, handeling disciplinary procedures.

As part of the "launch" of Platinum Group's talent team, I was responsible for developing & implementing a unique human capital lifecycle in the Aca Joe Brand.
