• Deploying Windows 10 Using SCCM• Installing authorised software to laptops and desktops • Provide remote assistance over the phone, through instant messenger and through the use of remote support tools including SCCM, Dameware and Citrix Go to Assist.• To install or reinstall software and to image or reimage computers and handheld devices locally or using remote deployment tools.• Ensuring security and upgrades are applied to desktops and laptops and kept up to date • Antivirus installation to all desktops and laptops • Fault finding to laptops and desktops • Completing internal user moves including phones • Patching of network and phones • Android mobile iron deployment • Ensuring all asset management equipment and users are maintained

Windows 7/ acitve directory, Citrix, SCCM

The role is to visit Customer sites on a daily basis to rollout Desktops/Laptops/Epos or printer equipment. Working knowledge of Server/Desktop and associated OS's. Server/Desktop/Laptop hardware (memory/disk/nic.) configuration/install. Contact with Technical support for additional technical information and when ordering additional parts.

Senior Engineer (Windows xp to win 7 migration) Working with Project Manager to plan the rollout activities other activities included,· Responsible to track the T- timelines activities for the Rollout and report to Rollout lead· Manage Rollout Engineers and Assign task related to Rollout activities· Manage the Floor walking resources· Collect all the day to day incident reported during the migration day and analyze the migration status· Determine and Validate user migration readiness· Track and maintain Asset Inventory tracker. Managing active directory.

Nationwide rollout for the DWP, having 3 different roles on this project, upgrading the servers and installation of PCs at jobcentres then floorwalking to provide technical support for users. Security was top priority as it is a government organisation therefore security clearance was vital before given opportunity.

My duties entailed dealing with Service Providers whose customers were experiencing difficulties with their Broadband Services. My main duties were to own, diagnose, progress and resolve Broadband service faults to a speedy and accurate resolution. My other role has been to Team lead and Manage a group of Diagnostic and Contact Advisors to help deal with queries and escalations and to quality check their work to meet BT wholesale targets and standards This role has bought me good self-discipline and the ability to build strong relationships with customers & colleagues and has given me a strong desire to succeed in a performance driven environment and most importantly to deliver excellent customer service.
