I was responsible for the filing of sales deals, parts invoices and receipts. I also answer a multi-line telephone for sales, service and parts. I was asked to start working full time at their new dealership in Lakeland, FL, but it was decided that they couldn't afford to have a receptionist. So Service was answering all calls.
