- Creates quotes and facilitates purchases for new products and services for 50+ customers.- Maintains and manages relationships with vendors, business partners, and other resources for the company.- Maintains office and facilitates all office purchases including supplies, equipment, software, provisions, lunches, and other miscellaneous items.- Coordinates and organizes company events and dinners.- Works directly with the service department to organize installations of new IT hardware and software for customers along with completing in-house paperwork and documentation.- Assists the service department with retrieval and delivery of IT equipment for customers.- Facilitates marketing efforts including customer email blasts, newsletters, email campaigns, SEO, and vendor relations.- Answers all sales calls, operator calls, and assists service department with overflow.- Arranges and coordinates meetings, appointments, and travel for the CEO and service department.- Handles the purchasing and sending of holiday cards, baskets, and gifts for customers, vendors, and employees

- Creates sales presentations for branded merchandise and corporate swag for renowned customers (i.e. BET, MTV, Legoland, Ubisoft, Deloitte, BD, etc).- Organizes and selects promotional items to be shipped to new and current customers.- Organizes the marketing section of the warehouse.

- Coordinates new account paperwork, invoicing, billing, and marketing for 300+ customers in the indoor and outdoor hospitality industry.- Provides support to the president, sales team, and customer support team including file management, expediting forms/contracts, travel/event planning, and expense reporting. - Manages, researches, and registers for trade shows and conferences including the creation of the trade show budget.- Collaborated with the company PR to create press releases and features for print and online publications (i.e. the Hospitality Upgrade, CIO Review).- Maintains relationships with vendors, business partners, and resources for the company.- Processes payroll, administers insurance plans, manages administrative paperwork, and oversees the office needs.

- Visits and influences 100+ students at schools to promote their school brand.- Gathers information from customers and schools regarding their opinions and ideas for their brand and online store.

- Files company financial documents and vendor information.

- Manages and arranges the receiving and sending of sales orders (i.e. apparel and facility branding) to 300+ customers and schools. - Communicates with numerous vendors, districts, and customers via email, telephone, and face-to-face interaction.
