Sourcing, screening and short listing resumes from different portals.• Sourcing the profiles from the existing internal database / job portals.• Evaluating candidates and short listing them through telephonic• Interacting with the candidates/clients for getting the interview feedback• Follow up with the candidate and the client to confirm a smooth transition• Ensuring all reporting is updated accurately; check and send the reports to the Director on a daily basis.• Arranging the candidate for clients interview as per venue• Well versed with all HR related issues• Conducting Telephonic interviews and scheduling Face to Face interviews.• Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of his proposed job.
