Worked for over 6 and a half years with the company and helped develop the survey department from the scratch. Started with a team of 2 individuals and currently leading a 2 full-fledge sub-teams as well as ensuring coordination with global team members.In my current role, I brought in several clients along with retention of the previous ones. Given my experience, I accel in the following areas:- Leading a team of 2 Managers and 4 Team Leads as well as 20 subordinates in total- Managing and helping set the overall strategy for the team as well as facilitating the senior management in making key decisions- Leading the overall survey operations, started the department from the scratch along with managing and bringing in new global research industry clients like McKinsey, Bain, BCG, LEK, etc. to name a few- Leading a very diverse team of individuals and coordinating flawless execution of the fieldwork across different geographies as well as client management- Managing the overall product line, building client base, setting up SOPs, and working mechanisms to ensure smooth execution of survey projects

Key Responsibilities:- Mentoring and training of junior colleagues to meet the KPIs. - Identification, engagement and active recruitment of top industry experts through utilizing LinkedIn, social networks, job sites, professional association and various other tools.- Creation of profiles of market specialists for the clients.- Analyzing a project's specifications thoroughly, looking for the most suitable experts & making a recommendation list.- Working with an International recruitment team based in Germany, to provide services regarding international recruitment assignments to meet tight deadlines.
