For five years I've been managing small team that was developing GIS software via government contracts. My responsibilities included but were not limited to: supervising the whole developing cycle, providing technical documentation for the project and maintaining all customer relationships.

After gaining enough experience in the field I've decided to start my own business. Managing the team of three talented designers I've build middle-level web development studio with more than thirty finished projects. Some of them were very enduring: CRM service, online register table for all local clinics, complex GIS software, CMS for online shop, etc. Mostly I've worked with local clients, but there were also clients form Germany, USA and Russia.

I've helped to start this company from scratch, and managed design division and was responsible for supervising all creative design, client relations and ongoing projects.

I've started as Internet projects manager for this company, which has been holding at the time three different divisions: Internet service provider UkrStar, hosting provider UkrNic and Internet advertising CityTrade. In five months I've stepped up as executive officer for Internet provider and successfully reorganized it into business-oriented provider company. After a year I was asked to take position at hosting provider which has been living hard times at the moment, under my management we've raised record revenue. During all the time of employment I've been managing all the company sites and other projects: such as Internet billing service and promotional campaigns.
