➢ Established iSA operation's department of Propelled & Re-Charged programs from the ground up by developing department hierarchy, operational documents, processes and employee job descriptions.➢ Ensured the development, implementation, and coordination of iSA's quality control system to prevent and eliminate deficiencies in Propelled & Re-Charged programs. ➢ Planned and coordinated Propelled & Re-Charged programs to ensure the events were conducted in an efficient and effective manner.

➢ Provided research and development to support the creation, in alignment with our CSR goals, of an Apprentice strategy for the UK & Ireland business which may be used as a model for greater Europe.➢ Worked closely with the HR Director of Europe of Crown and communicated with key top-level management to construct an apprenticeship strategy and programme.➢ Consulted top executives in regards to the strategy, costs and benefits and programme of apprenticeships.

➢ Assist in the execution of audit procedures. Perform various duties such as understanding routine data processes, testing controls, and performing substantive procedures. ➢ The Horizon Internship Program provides an opportunity for sophomore students to gain exposure in practices such as Assurance, Advisory and Tax client service work and Core Business Services. ➢ Interacted within a team environment as well as with peer advisors, workshops, social events and community service activities. ➢ Exposed to the Assurance client service line and contributed to the audit teams of public and private companies.

During the 2009-10 basketball season, I assisted Head Coach Powell. I helped coach a group of 7th grade basketball players, who collectively competed in practices, tournaments and games. Also, I analyzed the team's strength and weaknesses and made adjustments accordingly.
