Oversee individual company’s financial data and compliance by maintaining accurate books on AP/AR, payroll, daily financial entries & reconciliations. Daily accounting tasks such as internal auditing of payables & receivables, monthly financial reporting, general ledger entries and record payments & adjustments as required. General & Special Events Coordination for profit/non-profit organizations; Fundraising and 501c3 assistance; Executive administration duties to include bookkeeping. Primarily in the non-profit realm with sports and at-risk youth programming.Hands-on planner and administrator responsible for supervising and executing all event details from setup to take down. Working with and the organizing of a committee or volunteer board to aid in the efforts of fundraising and soliciting of material donations. Manage all logistics pertaining to events, including site identification, venue fees, and/or other activities associated with securing event sites.Facilitate event media coverage and use social media tools to increase participation\revenue.Develop solicitation material as needed. Ensure that event net income targets are achieved by operating within pre-approved budget and expense management guidelines. Cultivate a strong volunteer constituency. Recruit and mobilize volunteers, and partner with volunteer committees in planning and executing events. Secure volunteer commitment through volunteer development and recognition. Ensure implementation of data collection for each income activity including income/expense records and donor/volunteer information.

Tournament administrator for national level competitions to include tournament logistics prior, during, & post event to ensure success in all areas. Grassroots programs coordinator within Local Boxing Committees nationwide.
