• Oversee the implementation of the PMNIA project. • Undertake a focused and accelerated program of activities, within the framework of the project, as spelt out in the PC-1. • Ensure all targets laid down as KPIs are achieved in a timely manner . • Oversee management of the day-to-day operations of the project, including, but not limited to budget and finance, human resource management, recruitment, capacity building of staff as ne eded, procurement and purchasing, and records management. • Oversee the development and regular review of all plans, surveys, and policies of the project. • Develop strong academia industry networks. • Develop platform for startup funding opportunities like, pre seed funding, seed funding, crowd funding and Venture Capital.

• As a Project Director I oversee the day to day activities of the Incubation center. • Leading a cross-functional team to achieve deliverables as set out in Project PC-1.• Provide 1-1 mentorship to start-ups on a weekly basis.• Devised Start-up Progress tracking system, similar to one used by Start-up Chile and HotDesQ Australia.• Initiated partnerships with key players in the ecosystem to improve program quality.• Improved overall outlook of the program resulting in 60% increase in applications during the induction campaigns.• Planned and executed 5 inductions and various trainings/workshops activities.• Built relationships with Investors, Tech Bloggers, Government bodies, and GIK Alumni to solicit support for The Catalyst Start-ups• Timely submission of all monitoring and evaluation reports to internal and external stakeholders.

• Founded Technology Innovation Start-up Micropower Labs, which developed World’s Fastest Charging power Bank “ Flash Pack”.• Raised equity-free Pre-Seed Funding of USD $40K and became part of World’s largest accelerator program (100 teams from around the world) Start-up Chile.• Developed International collaborations, manufactured product in China and shipped to more than 35 countries around the world.• Launched Flash Pack at Telenor Sweden’s Brick and mortar Stores.• Raised Equity free Seed Funding of AUD $100K and became part of Government of Queensland Australia’s HotDesQ program.• Became part of Nest I/o, Telenor Velocity, and Start-up Lab Norway.

• Developed Pakistan’s First Automated SMS based Hyper Local Delivery Service.• Improved order tracking, and effective communication between customer and delivery persons.• Implemented effective customer support with SMS Chatbot.• With intelligent use of Android Smartphone as SMS gateway and as a stand-alone server, managed to cut down server operational costs.
