I'm a versatile and insightful entrepreneur and engineering leader. Over the years I have many titles including executive, systems engineer, roboticist, electromechanical engineer, manager, building systems engineer, and even postal worker at one point in my life. Between building an engineering business from scratch, to working with bleeding edge self-driving vehicles, I have gained valuable insight and experience regarding the business and technical challenges inherent in designing, building, and fielding complex electromechanical systems.I'm equally adept in the boardroom as well as the lab, having successfully built a profit center from a floundering engineering department at Aved Electronics, by launching and running an engineering services startup company, and by leading teams of systems engineers in the self-driving vehicle industry.I'm an experienced product developer, having led the creation of many projects from concept to mass production, including several self-driving vehicles, several autonomous robot systems, and many advanced lithium-ion battery packs to name a few.My eclectic experiences have prepared me for anything. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my wife and three sons, playing the piano, and building crazy things in my garage.
