Developing the Level of Service Framework policy and documentation to ensure efficiency and optimization of existing assets and new capitals of BAC. Defining Target LOS for different asset groups to make sure that the final products are best optimised to the desired quality and quantity.The objective of the Level of Service Framework is to• Ensure consistency in capital decision making across BAC• Drive Capex and Opex efficiency by providing clarity in the target level of service for different asset groups• Defining relation between Level of Service Framework and all supporting BAC documents alongside the capital lifecycle • Defining a roadmap to capital lifecycle management, how BAC will manage its existing and future assets to provide defined levels of service
