I began my career as a helpdesk employee in 2008 while simultaneously pursuing my studies. After about a year and due to a job relocation, I learned about server hardware maintenance and operations. Following that, I received a better job offer and joined Iranian Airports and Air Navigation Company, starting as a helpdesk employee. After some time, I was selected as the head of the helpdesk team.One year later, I joined the network infrastructure team and have been working as a NOC specialist for nearly 12 years. For the past few years, I have been the leader of the Microsoft services and virtualization team.
