I graduated in 2018 with a Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management from the University of Management and Technology, Lahore, where I was recognized with five Dean's Semester Merit Awards. I appeared in CSS 2021 and was recommended for Air Force in Admin and Special Duty by ISSB in 2022. Prior to my professional experience, I gained valuable hands-on experience through internships with UMT, Pakistan International Airlines, and Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority. With a strong background in customer service, I spent 6 months as a Customer Service Executive for Walmart.com at Ibex Pakistan, where I honed my skills in effective communication, problem-solving, and decision making.In addition to my expertise in the aviation industry, I am also fluent in English, both in speaking and writing, and possess intermediate Microsoft Office skills. I am a competent, fast learner with a calm demeanour, and I am eager to continue my growth in the aviation industry.
