SUPERVISE A CLUSTER OF ENGINEERS WITH OVER 200 CELL SITES FOR ZAIN/AIRTEL GHANA.SKILLS1 Strong Knowledge on 3G/2G commissioning/integration/O&M for both 2000/3000 and 6000 series.2 Integration and Commissioning of NODEB (RBS 6000 Series, ie. 6600)3 Loading of Scripts such as OAM Script and RBS Equipment Scripts4 Upgrade and Downgrade of TN Software 5 Supervision of SSC-02 and Accessories Installations6 TN Installation7 Traffic Node (TN) general operation and maintenance8 E1 aggregation on ETU3/NPU 3B and ETU2B/NPU1C for Ethernet E19 Ericsson TN installation and configuration on 2P, 6P and 20P magazine10 DCN, Bridge and PDH commissioning on the TN.11 Traffic routing for both 2G on the NPU and 3G on the bridge of NPU or ETU cards12 Taking configuration backup/traffic routing configuration on the TN13 Software upgrades (baseline and module) on the traffic node.14 Competent in the implementing, installation, testing and commissioning for Roll-out project of Ericsson & DMC equipment: (Ericsson Traffic Node Release 3 /(TN and Hi-Cap) and Mini-Link E, ERICSSON RBS 2206, 2207, 2x16, )15 Experience in Ericsson BTS installation, Integration and Commissioning Experience in using the Anritsu S331D & S332D site master to carry out antenna/feeder verification test ( such as DTF and SWR)16 Experience in creating, modifying and installing IDB using OMT.17 Experience in Ericsson BTS troubleshooting, using OMT.18 Carry out Troubleshooting/Maintenance of DMC Stratex Microwave Radio Equipment using DXR Net software, Web Maintenance Terminal (WMT) and Eclipse Portal.19 Experience in interpreting Installation data, E1/T1 routing from BTS to BSC.20 Experience in BTS Acceptance Inspection activities.21 Transfer proven knowledge and ideas in the fields of Radio & Transmission and Electromechanical to my team members.22 Responsible for documentation of activities such as final site and BTS acceptance inspections (performance) and weekly report.

BASICALLY TAKE CARE OF CELL SITES IN WESTERN REGION OF GHANA FOR ZAIN GHANA. TROUGH PERIODIC ROUTINE PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE & CORRECTIVE MAINTENANCE IF THE NEED BE. ALSO PREPARE WEEKLY REPORTS TO LINE MANAGEMENT ON THE STATUS OF ALL SITE S UNDER MY JURISDICTION.
