Job Responsibilities:  To do day-to-day general administration that includes daily attendance, leave, safety, recruitment, Legal & Corporate affairs. Roster check and change entry ERP. To monitor time section closely for regular activities, like – attendance checking, over time (OT) checking, software data posting, workers file and other necessary documents. Lot wise production report, daily and monthly (ERP & Excel). Data entry / maintenance into the software and ensure account and completeness of data in master files. Production data entry Doffing entry , operator entry ERP. And Covering all legal for human resource federal and state requirements . Production report & monthly report sent audit ERP & Excle Sheet Summary Position & Production AVR, RPM, Pick Report, To monitor closely the in and out time of the worker and the staff. Maintain lot wise production summary, and Beam wise Wastage cream report Perform periodic maintenance and servicing of MIS system to improve operational efficiency. Monitor MIS performance regularly to avoid unplanned outages and down times.
