Salesforce Technical Engineer
Current*Design and architect custom Salesforce solutions that align with business requirements, best practices, and scalability.*Review code for quality and adherence to best practices. Establish and maintain governance around code development and deployment.*Investigate and resolve technical issues, system errors, and performance problems within the Salesforce environment.*Analyze business requirements and work closely with stakeholders to design scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions that align with stakeholders' needs and best practices.*Utilize declarative tools (e.g., Process Builder, Flows, Workflow Rules, etc.) and Apex programming to customize and extend Salesforce functionalities as per project requirements.*Implement seamless integrations between Salesforce and other external systems using API and middleware tools to ensure data consistency and improve workflow efficiency.*Identify and resolve technical issues, debug code, and provide prompt and effective support to clients and internal teams.*Conduct thorough testing of Salesforce configurations, customizations, and integrations to validate functionality and performance. Implement best practices to maintain high-quality deliverables.*Maintain comprehensive documentation for Salesforce configurations, customizations, and processes. *Create technical documentation, including design specifications and standard operating procedures.*Act as a subject matter expert in Salesforce-related matters, offering guidance and troubleshooting assistance.*Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation within Salesforce. Propose innovative solutions to enhance overall system performance and user experience.*Keep up-to-date with the latest Salesforce releases and features.
