Core Job Responsibilities:• Planning, Designing, Developing, Implementation, Monitoring and controlling overall order, shipment & documentation system. • Organize all procurement activities relating to request for proposals and price quotes.• To ensure Import activities, customs, bank, insurance, Transport, CNF agent are completed according to the goal of company.• To knowledge of rules & regulations of customs, UCPDC-600, IPO, ISBP, Bangladesh Bank guideline, Tariff schedule and Inco terms of various importable items. • Planning, monitoring and ensuring commercial activities according to the import. • Responsible for the implementation of Warehouse management system• Implement best practice of racking and stocking of finished goods to ensure faster delivery • To liaison with Customs, Banks, Ports, Shipping Agents, C & F Agents, Transport and all other related govt. authority.• Cost benefit Analysis: Comparison between local and global sourcing for required materials, CNF agent bill, Transportation, Insurance. • Producing regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.• Handle any additional responsibilities assigned by the management to support the company`s overall objectives.

Core Job Responsibilities:• Work closely with purchasing and procuring processes to ensure that materials and goods are procured, stored and distributed as per predefined policy guidelines.• To take quotation from different suppliers, update the price list and make comparative study (CS) also competitive supplier list among quotation before purchase any product.• Maintain continuous communication with all concerned department/team regard it products-L/C/order status, shipment status, vessel position & customs work process & planning delivery date to factory side.• Keep communication with Bank, Shipping Company, Freight Forwarder, C&F Agents, Transport Companies, Port & Customs Officials including all governments’ authority.• Settling supplier bills/claims and follow up with accounts for timely payment.• Proposal submission to banks for new loan sanction& renewal.• Arrange and monitor the short & long term bank loans and maintain liaison with bank and other financial institutions for smooth operation of fund management.• Proposal submission to banks for new loan sanction & renewal.• Preparing & maintaining all kinds of Import & Export Letter of Credit (Sight/Deferred/UPAS) related documentation, submit to Bank & negotiate/purchase them and follow-up till the completion of the document value & reporting to the Management.• Plan for daily delivery route based on order placed using ERP system. • Responsible for timely execution of consignment. • Prepare different types of reports for management review.• Producing regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.• Other ad-hoc responsibilities assigned by management

• Arrange clearing of imported raw materials from port, duty amount and payment to customs for due time release of goods. • Preparation of Export & Import, Transport agency& Customs documents. • Monitor & manage L/C related work which includes, corresponding with suppliers, opening L/C, amendment, monitoring shipment, document retirement formalities and customs clearing. • Monitoring raw materials stock and management report preparation. • Communicate with banks for timely collection of Proceeds Realization Certificate (PRC) for cash incentive purpose and documents submit to banks for cash incentive process. • Purchasing raw materials (Like as Yarn, chemical, spare parts & accessories). • Contact, collect and negotiate price offers from foreign suppliers or their local agents and prepare comparative price statements for management decision. • Maintaining correspondence with manufacturers and suppliers (foreign & Local) for Procurement& documentation. • Maintaining liaison with Indentor, Buying House, BTTMA, EPB, BOI, CCI&E, Bangladesh Bank, Transport agency, C& F agent, Insurance, Customs, Shipping Line, Freight Forwarder and other related concern. • To prepare Export & Import statement and reporting to management.
