To undertake routine inspection activities in all areas of pharmaceutical, consumer and animal health production areas and check as necessary in order to ensure products are being produced without any defect whatsoever. And so that the objective of zero defect is achieved. 2. To undertake routine inspection in the warehouse and check as necessary and achieve compliance of GMP in the activity. 3. To analyze in process control samples and sampling of changeover cleaning samples as necessary. 4. To ensure dispensing,line clearance & status labeling at different stages in all areas and also collection of various QC samples,Stability Samples and retention samples. 5. To maintain vigilance in order to minimize dust and avoid cross contamination and monitor temperature and humidity in areas of activities. 6. To prepare PQR of selected products and report accordingly. 7. To calibrate balances,scales,weight boxes,temperature recorders etc used in the production department routinely so that their accuracy is ensured. 8. To check compliance with procedure and instructions for all activities of the pharma plant including the warehouse and QC lab and take appropriate measures to ensure compliance. 9. To compile reports on customer complaints, change control, deviation and nonconformity as necessary. 10. To implement the procedures and instructions of ISO9001 and 14001 in their own area of activities. 11. To review the suitability of refurbishing the finished products returned from distribution. 12. To control documents, quality records etc. 13. To undertake any other assignment given by GM QA and Senior Manager,QA. Show less
