Additionally, a weekly evaluation of trainers' performance is carried out, with a specific focus on both LOBs. This involves monitoring on-floor adherence to the JKQ process and maintaining performance trackers for the initial 30 and 60 days. Emphasis is placed on the timely release of reports and meeting client requirements. A monthly report detailing trainers' stack ranking is also disseminated. Ongoing reporting management processes involve the creation of weekly reviews, Monthly Business Reviews (MBR), and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) decks, with a dedicated focus on tracking new hire certification scores.
