Promotes the business of the Group and ensure its presence at the region through identifying potential clients, suppliers, vendors and manufacturers in consultation with the business development department.Explores new technology/ products/ opportunities in line with the existing field of business or extensions to the current line of business especially oil and gas.Identify key partner contact, obtains approval from management to start the process of the prequalification and registrations of different Companies under the Group.Supervise the registrations’ processes using clients’ systems and procedures, and undertake physical visits to them to ensure that all the process are professionally covered. Ensure that the Group is very well presented and relevant information is to be provided to the client whenever required.Follow up all the process of Group prequalification’s and ensure that this process is done in a proper timely manner.Initiate and present the Group in conducting official meetings and presentations; Assist business development department in the development of the marketing plan; identify the opportunities and benefits to the Group for partnering with other company(s) and the return on investment that could be achieved.Coordinates with the business development heads on technical aspects, and the executive management office commercially for new potential vendors/ suppliers, and ensures enquiries are sent to the company and product specifications comply with the client standards.Prepare and/or administer the issuance of all minutes of meetings with potential business partner.
