I have been promoted to CAPITAL MARKETS which is a European brokerage Subsidiary of the BNYM and a new business in UK.Main product that I deal with are Equity and Fixed Income (European Government Bonds, US Treasury and US Agency Bonds, Corporate Bonds: European, Emerging Markets and US, Commercial Paper & Certificate of Deposits ETC) with below main functions• Intraday reconciliation of trade flow and positions.• Trade booking and amendments pre settlements. Supporting front office.• Applying French & Italian Trade Tax to relevant trades.• Investigate any breaks between positions and close them on same day.• Pre settlement investigation for all unmatched or unsettled trades.• Main focus on settlement of every single trade.• Transaction reporting.• Volume analysis.• Error tracking on daily basis.• Making sure that every trade is settling according to the individual Country’s rules and regulations.• Mapping of every trade according to the settlement centres requirement such as Euroclear, DTC, Fedwire and every other individual market.• Constantly supporting the traders in front office and the back office (Pershings)• On boarding new clients, Completing KYC before on boarding.• Meeting new clients face to face and presenting our business model. Exceptional Achievements:• I ran a project to reduce manual work load by mapping new UDT’s which was later introduced in Pittsburgh and Pune. This was done over 6 months. With the support of VBA IT specialist in Pune I designed a UDT that helped to discard 4 different individual processes and merged into one. This resulted in saving of over 60 hours per week just in Manchester and same with other sites. For this I have been awarded with ah higher grade in my role and pay rise.

I have worked in Treasury operations for thirteen months in Money transfer processing team.I was responsible for processing EMEA currencies payments out of the bank. This includes dealing with around fifteen different deadlines during the day with high volumes and acute attention to the details, as a single error can cause the payment to be rejected or misrouted to a different bank and end up incurring cost to the bank. - Payments processing including CHAPS, BACS and internal.- Processing of all EMEA currencies payments coming in and going out of the bank on the back of securities dealing.- Following tight deadlines as per different currencies and different markets.- Great exposure to SWIFT, as it was the main system of processing payments.- Constant communication with different banks around the world and client services within the bank.- Following special procedures for segregated markets transactions.- Constant dealing with our clearing banks for individual currency.
