i) Conducted device formatting and profile removal before setup the device for new joiners including create join domain, configure DNS and software installation.ii) Performed troubleshooting for on-site hardware such as printers, webcams, drivers and cable connections and provide technical support via the IT helpdesk for more than thousand headcounts inside the organization.
