Conduct periodic employee evaluations to identify training needs, develop individualized development plans, and facilitate diverse training sessions targeting physical tness elements.Prepare and implement comprehensive training courses covering personal defense, combat tactics, psychological stress management, and physical/mental resilience.Oversee sports equipment, plan and execute preventive/repair maintenance programs, and coordinate with relevant departments to procure new equipment as required.Analyze employee tness data, prepare periodic reports, and contribute to the development of occupational health and safety policies and guidelines.

Take part in high-risk airdrops, intrusions, & rapid intervention operations to confront and neutralize security threats.Carry out reconnaissance and threat assessments of suspicious or dangerous areas.Undergo intensive training on the safe and effective use of advanced military weapons, equipment, and tactics.Respond rapidly to emergencies & accidents, administering rst aid and emergency medical care to the injured.Lead search, rescue, and evacuation operations in the event of natural disasters or security crises to save lives.Provide specialized security assistance and strategic advisory support to military and political leadership.Contribute to community awareness programs educating the public on safety, security protocols, and emergency.
