Responsibilities. Effectively recruiting IT Professionals in a time-sensitive environment. • Primary Verticals recruiting for: Healthcare, Manufacturing, IT Services, Banking and Insurance firms. • Using the job boards like Monster, Dice, Hot jobs and Career Builder to successfully source the right candidates according to the job specifications.• Hiring Candidates on W-2, Corp-to-Corp and 1099 basis as per the client needs.• Develop and maintain relationships with outside vendors such as staffing firms, outsourcing partners and external recruiting groups.• Good Working experience with 1099 and C2C, (US Citizens, Green Card, EAD and H1B).• Communicating with management and sales teams to help identify new business prospects and potential sales leads resulting in expansion of existing client base. • Partnered with other Account Managers to define and prioritize hiring opportunities, manage job requirements and execute comprehensive search strategies to pursue both active and passive candidates on a timely basis.• Expertise with full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, networking, qualifying, interviewing, offering and closing candidates.• Extensive experience in identifying fake experience, documents Verification, and So.• Efficiently and effectively fill open positions.• I have worked with contract and contract to hire requirements. • I have also conducted phone screenings with candidates to determine fit against position needs and then briefed hiring/resource/account managers with pertinent candidate information.• Participated in decision making process for the prioritization of client requirements and status of submissions.• Gained extensive experience in recruiting medium to senior level IT professionals.• Highly disciplined with ability to manage multiple assignments efficiently.• Aggressive, dynamic & result oriented with strong communication skills.
