• Analyze current sales strategy and suggest solutions for improvement.• Lead and motivate staff to improve customer service with clients.• Design and implement strategic plans to reach sales targets.• Cultivate lasting relationships with customers to grow customer loyalty.• Develop and promote weekly, monthly and quarterly sales objectives.• Draft detailed and accurate sales reports.• Work with customers to better understand their business needs and goals.• Assess costs, competition, and supply and demand to identify selling prices.• Establish a sales training program to train new employees.

• Work under the supervision of the project manager to:• Provide central organizational contact for extended team and stakeholders, planning and scheduling meetings, distributing meeting agendas, completion and distribution of meeting minutes, and distribution of follow-up materials.• Ensure that all standards are met, and procedures are followed by the project team. Verify that projects have implemented standards, work methods, and processes. Recommend procedural changes to improve efficiency.• Accurately track program data in Excel and Primavera .• Organize and analyze data to inform reporting requirements and program project improvements.• Resolve complex problems within the area of responsibility. Consults relevant documentation and liaises with appropriate resources to obtain and provide information on diverse and complex issues.

• Prepare architectural design, Including bill of quantities and project execution plan using Primavera.• Providing technical opinion and consultancies as required by clients • Act as establishing an interface between labor and engineers.

• Perform Site Inspections throughout the project (From foundation – Finishes Stage ) according to the project requirements and specification • Responsible for executing of the project according to standards and following design from start to end under the supervision of the project manager. • Initiate subcontracting procedures and guidelines for the company. • Follow up and support procurement sections in achieving the project standards.
