Preparing RFI (Request For Inspection) for all civil activities like Excavation, Backfilling, FDT (Field Density Test), Lean concrete , Reinforce concrete, Curing, Moisture test, Surface preparation, Concrete coating , DFT(Dry Film Thickness),Plate load test .Surveillance inspection of all civil ongoing activities at project site.Coordinating with construction engineers and PMT (Project Management Team) & Project Inspection Department (PID) for inspection of each activity for client approval.Witnessing of the testing of compressive strength of concrete at the 3rd party laboratory.Witnessing of Field testing like Compaction test FDT (Field Density Test) and Dry film thickness (DFT).Coordinate with Consultant regarding the site activities as per standard.Inspection of concrete finishing and building finishing according to standard and    specification. Inspection of all formwork and Reinforcement steel work as per standard.  Liaise with the contractors field staff and Third party laboratory to ensure that all required testing has been performed as per standard.Deep ability to read and interpret building plans, specifications and building codes; make mathematical computations rapidly and accurately.Great ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.Demonstrated ability to inspect various types of residential, commercial and industrial building.Reporting the all related activities to QA/QC manger.Reviewing all quality related activities & preparing all quality related reports on site.Preparing Weekly report of project related to project Quality Management. Issuing the NCR (Non Conformance Report) for any nonconformance. Reviewing third laboratory inspection.Conducting material inspections for all CIVIL items delivered at the site.  Documentation of all RFIs (Request for Inspection) after signed by the consultant.witnessing and sentencing of all site inspections within their discipline

Ensure the contractor got approvals from all service departments before commencing the work.Ensure all safety measures taken by the contractor before starting the work.Organized project staff and material according to the project requirements.Co coordinating with Client and contractor to complete the project as per the specification and schedule.Attend periodical meeting with Clients and explain the project progress.Execute the works as per HSE requirement & comply safety rules.Inspecting the whole works done by the sub contractor in all stages as per QA & QC.Cary out inspection and checking for all quality related procedures in the site and ensures activity at the site are as per approved method statement and inspection test plan.Taking care of QA/QC documents of the entire project including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports and site instruction/observations, permanent materials delivered and other QA/QC documents. Responsible for the closure of Non-conformance, NCR and Site Instruction, SI.Performing daily preventive checks for ongoing work to anticipate constructive problems or quality defects.Preparing NCRs and coordinating to propose remedial solutions for construction defects/Design problems. Inspecting the whole project done and ensure the work as per Clients specifications.Check pile foundation(friction pile) depth according to the design and ok the pile ok card.During concreting check the temperature ,slump test and cubes preparing.

Conduct QA/QC inspection activities Structural and finishing both as per ACI Standards Building codes.Implementation of the approved Inspection and Test Plans (ITP)Surveillance and inspection on document, materials and labor.Coordination and Meetings with the Consultant and other parties involved.Feedback to design team of CW technical implementation difficulties or concerns.Co-ordinate with Site Acquisition team in following up with any ongoing site acquisition issues on the site.Preparing Method of statements and Mockups for approval by consultant.Performing daily preventive checks for ongoing work to anticipate constructive problems or quality defects.Preparing NCRs and coordinating to propose remedial solutions for construction defects/Design problems. Escalate and report issues to the Project manager as soon as such are apparent.Resolve any immediate site operative issues both technical and organizational.Ensuring the accurate and regular progress updates under take site visits during      Engineering hours as required to full fill job requirements.
