 Monitor Network and performance threshold Alarms: Receive performance alarm and analyze how it is affecting different services and SLAs. Analyze and Classify Alarms: Classify the fault into Critical, Major, Minor and Perform 1st level support. Escalation if need 2nd level support: Escalate if the fault is beyond the capabilities of 1st level support and/or cannot be solved within the escalation time. Trouble Tickets & Work Orders issuing and Handling: Take responsibility for detection, interpretation, handling and escalation of alarms, 2G/3G. Report Handling: Collect daily raw data and output daily report, dispatch to relative staffs.
