The key project for Butsanani is Rietvlei Opencast Coal Mine which will be located to the south east of the R 555, approximately 23 km north east of the town of Middelburg, within the Steve Tshwete Local Municipality (STLM), Mpumalanga Province of South. Butsanani holds a 60% investment with the balance of the investment being held by Emalangeni which is a 100% Black Owned and controlled Investment Company.

Butsanani is jointly held between, Anglo Coal, Anglo American Zimele and Vunani. The objective of Butsanani is to facilitate enterprise development by identifying junior coal mining operations and companies in South Africa with whom to collaborate, with the view to mine coal, and to the extent possible, facilitate access to the domestic, Eskom and export coal markets.

Vunani Resources is a mining/energy investment company, a subsidiary to Vunani Limited, a Black-Owned, JSE listed Financial Services Group. Some 100 employees at our offices in Johannesburg, Cape Town and Harare, Zimbabwe respectively.

Londani Coal is a coal mining and exporting company in Middleburg/South Africa, My role is as a non-exclusive board member to give strategic guidance to companies overall strategy and support the management when it is required.

Hafre Trading is an imp-exp company. Brings goods , mostly kitchen-bathroom (home) plastic goods from Turkey and Vietnam and sells it into Southern African market.It always seeks new product lines for it's growing markets in South Africa as well as Southern Africa.

Khodani Coal is a coal processing and exporting company in South Africa, My role is strategic consulting, creating more export potential

Nonya mining explorations owns 3 drilling machines and doing exploration mostly on coal properties. My role to run the whole bussiness from recruiting the crew to core analysis.

Mulungushi Mineral Resources is a Zambian Copper exploration company which currently busy with exploring a relatively big farm/reserve in Zambia.Intention of the company to get involve in Gold and Manganese exploration in Zambia in the course of 2011..
