I do a lot of cool stuff to deliver our AI-powered solutions in banking and telco industries.

As a freelancing consultant I’ve taught people who wanted to become business analysts the use of BI tools at all project stages: interviewing the stakeholders, data gathering and cleaning, data transformation, data analysis, dashboarding and presenting the final results. Besides that, I’ve helped usability department of a research company automating banking UX tests preparation, data cleaning, and data analysis. Finally, I’ve collaborated with a design firm on building an AI-enabled system generating logotypes.

As a head of BI my work included overseeing and mentoring junior business analysts, developing analytical strategies, and new services. Apart from mentoring I worked directly with c-level executives to deliver the following results: Created AI-enabled sales recommendation system for Marketing, Sales, and Business development departments in order to increase sales, and reduce amount of work to write business proposals. Using a neural network trained on sales and projects data, the system predicts which business opportunities will have biggest success rate and recommends which opportunities should be pursued first.Analyzed projects completion and employees’ performance data, optimized processes and developed TOR and user interfaces for the second generation of employee time tracking software.Analyzed work of service desk department in 2010–2016. Identified pain points and proposed business processes and IT systems changes to deliver higher quality and reduce the amount of time spent on a support ticket.Developed and implemented an analytical system based on MS BI Stack (SQL and Power BI), enabling top management make better business decisions through getting accurate and timely information about company’s projects portfolio through the following domains: HR, sales and customer relationship management, engineering (company’s main business processes), finance, subcontractors management.Created an analytical system for Federal State Unitary Enterprise "State ATM Corporation" (http://www.gkovd.ru/en), helping HR department decide who to promote, train, reward, and more, by getting insights into company’s 29000-employees demographical, vacations, rewards, relatives, training, and education data.

Implemented customized Dynamics CRM 2015 for 3 companies of the Group (systems integrator, engineering company, hardware company): interviewed stakeholders, gathered requirements, modelled and optimized business processes, implemented CRM. This enabled centralizing companies’ sales efforts and provide the CEOs with accurate and timely reports.Worked as business analyst with Bogdanov and Associates (http://www.bogdanov-associates.com) on development and implementation of custom project and task management system based on Microsoft Project 2013. Developed and implemented centralized security model in order to prevent data leaks. Developed and realized custom metrics and indicators for tracking projects’ health and status.

Performed HR systems and processes analysis, identified pain points and proposed systems modernization and processes optimization plan. Gathered requirements for customer relationship management system and created plan for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2015 implementation and customization.

Implemented Microsoft Dynamics CRM for two high-profile clients from construction industry on time and within budget and scope.Analyzed client processes to align them with the solution requirements. Developed TORs.Ensured smooth migration of company’s existing customers from Dynamics 2011 to Dynamics 2013 by creating manuals and instructional videos. This reduced number of support calls by third.

Led the IT systems implementation and integration projects, met cost, time, and scope requirements.Implemented customized Dynamics CRM. Developed the requirements and project charter, coordinated the contractor’s (TISA LLC) work, trained 21 users to use the system: call center, marketing, sales and legal departments employees. Reduced sales contract preparation time from 2 days down to 30 minutes as well as error rate from 13% down to 1%.Implemented Electronic Document Management System and trained 7 top managers’ assistants to use the system. Reduced incoming and outgoing documents handling time by half. Improved data security by implementing digital signatures and document versioning.Integrated CRM with EDMS, this enabled sales contracts storage and versioning.
