Trainee at the General Secretariat of the Council of the EULING 1 - Translation Service - Czech Language UnitAs a Trainee in the Czech Unit of the Translation Service, I worked on translations of various EU legislative texts and internal documents of the Council from English into Czech. I participated in terminological research updating and expanding the IATE database and worked on several minor projects concerning media monitoring and EU affairs as a part of my own initiative and self-development.

As a librarian at the Centre of Scientific Information, Faculty of Economics and Administration, Masaryk University in Brno, my main tasks were the maintenance and administration of the book fund, assisting the readers and answering their questions, and taking care of other administrative needs and daily operations of the library.
