Noc Manager
Current-> Ensure the surveillance, organization and motivation of all team members under NOC-> Define the NMS system set-up.-> Deploy and configure servers (Windows & Linux-> Ensure data security and customer privacy-> Provide Level 3 Support-> Check whether network performance reports are generated as desired pattern anddelivered on time-> Recognize training requirements and give coaching where applicable-> Check the working environment and conditions of employment-> Have efficient and documented routines/procedures with all concerned inner working unitslike: different system support unit inner working operators, deployment unit, monitoring andadministering unit etc.-> Manage and Maintain IP Network-> Manage update/ change of all documents in various procedures binders whenever required.-> Client relation development and presentation.-> Provide the operation director with report of NOC performance on a schedule basis-> Attend NOC meetings about NOC activities
