• Working experience all the custom and bond-related works• To ensure all types of regulatory License / Certificates ( Such as IRC, ERC, BIDA / EPB enrollment DOE clearance , Fire License , Factory License , BPGMEA Membership certificate etc.).• Have a good sound knowledge on Customs Bond Audit & UP.• To maintain in-bond and ex-bond, & UP register with custom.• Prepare yearly import and export statement, PRC for Bond audit. • To prepare all kinds of Export/ Import L/C`S ( Cash , Back to Back ) documentation as well as all kind of commercial documentation. • To ensure Party acceptance as well as Bank Maturity and Payment Realization.• Filing Tax Return and withholding Tax Return and submit it to authority;• Ensure maintaining VAT register and records including declaration of Musak-6.1, Musak-6.2, Musak-9.3, Musak-4.3 and other books and paper records related to VAT• Prepare VAT payment, Submission of VAT return and other documents to VAT authority in a timely manner.• Monitor and keep all the VAT registers updated, issued VAT Challan and maintain the records, registers & documents conforming to VAT & Tax laws in a timely manner.• Update VDS/TDS records and ensure deposit of respective challans in timely manner.

• Engage in the day to day operation of Accounts & Finance Department. • Familiar with TALLY software operation. • Monitor of funds utilization as per company policy. • Reconciliation of Statement of bank, receivables and payables. • Preparing Invoices, Debit Note & Credit Note. • Processing payment & Issuing cheque to the Suppliers. • Maintain banking correspondence as per company policy and the standard rules. • Monitor all L/C related transactions. • Preparing documents for releasing import consignment.• Follow up party acceptance and bank acceptance receive.• Handling daily cash and doing cash transaction.• Ensure the recording of day-to-day Transactions and update in the customized system owned by company. • Ensure the timely reporting of all monthly financial information, statements and reports. • Updating daily, weekly and monthly Shipment status according to Orders. • Perform any other duties assigned by the management.• To maintain daily cash books/ledgers/registers and related vouchers.• To check the correctness & accuracy of the bills, papers & documents.• To ensure deduct of VAT & AIT at source and thereafter deposit• To ensure deduct of TVS / VDS and thereafter deposit.• Perform any other duties assigned by the management
