Comparison monthly variance analysis against projected budget.• Analyze sales matrix and perform segment wise profitability analysis.• Receivable aging monitoring to ensure working capital management. • Plan and perform audits such as operational & financial and review audit findings and develop action plans.• Analyze short term and long-term investment proposal.• Develop, implement, and review all strategic SOP and Policy related Finance and Accounting that work to minimize financial risk.• Works with other department heads to monitor each department and make recommendations to increasing budget efficiency.• Taking on additional assignments from the Board for special projects.• Ensure continual improvement of self and work process or system.

Major Responsibility:• Responsible for preparation of variances and ensure variance analysis compared with budget in time with action points in case of major gaps• Performing actual manufacturing accounts (PEC) by ensuring timely data accumulation from production, engineering, Human resources and other sources to ensure timely and error free reporting. • Material price analysis to ensure raw and packing material price and costing to the COP. • Responsible for landing COP & COGS and analyze the COP per KG• Responsible for landing monthly NCE (SHARK savings) in close association with Supply Chain, Application Group and concerned department.• Directly involve in preparation of yearly Factory Standard Cost Budget in close association with concerned stakeholder.• Closely work with Business Controller and Supply Chain Department during quarterly Dynamic Forecasting (DF) • Delivering new product costing (consulting with AG and other stakeholders) and other costing data for decision making support to Mgmt. Acct and Brand.• Conduct periodic self-audit in factory as per plan and suggest for action to ensure internal control and reduce probable audit issue.• To prepare and circulate Factory MIS in time to keep management updated on whole operational picture of the manufacturing unit and facilitate resolution of queries • Monitoring & ensure reconciliation of bank accounts at period end.Additional Responsibility:• Fully responsible in system run (SAP) of SCB, DF, and monthly manufacturing PEC• Assist concerned stakeholder in different CAPEX project • Logistic support to other department managers providing accounting and other decision supporting information as to ensure a profitable operation as a whole;• Any other assignments given by Factory Controller.Knowledge & Training:• Have good Exposure with SAP system (FICO, MH, T&P) • FICO Super User of SAP• Participate in Nestle Product Knowledge Training
