Project Name: Matarbar 1200MW Ultra Super Critical Coal-Fired Power Project.Funding: Funded by JICA.Client: CPGCBL (Coal Power Generation Company of Bangladesh Ltd.)Consultant: Matarbari JVC (MJVC) of TEPSCO, NIPPON KOEI, FICHTNER, SMEC.Contractor: Sumitomo Corporation, TOSHIBA, IHIMain Project Features: Construction of 1200MW power plant includes all relevant structure of Civil, Architectural, Mechanical and Electrical. Responsibilities & Achievements:• Monitored the RCC foundation and pedestal work for Transfer Tower, Junction tower and Trestle tower.• Monitored the steel structure erection of Transfer Tower, Junction Tower and Trestle Tower for coal conveyor system.• Monitored the assembly and installation of over bridge gallery for coal conveyor system.• Ensure the quality of steel structural modification work as per MS and ITP.• Performed the plumpness and alignment inspection for each structure considering ITP mentioned tolerance.• Monitored the double nut-bolt tightening and T/C bolt tightening activities as per code & MS.• Monitored the painting work and ensure the required DFT.• Monitored the finishing items and metal cladding installation work.• Reporting my daily activities & any job difficulties to top management.• Coordinate and communicate with other consortium and solved the site related issue.• Prepare the detailed work plan following the project construction schedule.• Top supervision of using heavy equipment’s like hydraulic hammer, Mobile crane (250T, 220T, 180T, 150T, 70T) Crawler crane (600T, 380T, 250T).

Project Name: Installation of Single Point Mooring (SPM) With Double Pipeline.Funding: Funded by China govt.Client: Eastern Refinery Ltd, a subsidiary of Bangladesh Petroleum Corporation.Consultant: ILF Consulting Engineers, Germany.Contractor: China Petroleum Pipeline Bureau (CPP).Responsibilities & Achievements:• Supervision & control steel pipeline installation, fit-up, welding, coating and inspection of NDT, Hydro test, air valve chamber, wash-out chamber & butterfly chamber installation etc.• Monitored the temporary jetty construction work (Pile driving, Dredging, Reclamation, Rebar fabrication, Concrete pouring).• Ensure Quality of concrete, tiles, ceiling, painting work etc.• Maintain site Safety.• Supervise the construction and repair of brick and RCC pavement road.• Prepare the work plan and assign the manpower at designated work.• Layout, Level checking & setting out.• Arrange and control the manpower and prepare progress bill.• Supervise the construction of the manufactured steel house.• Supervise the pre-cast sheet pile and Box Culvert construction work.• Scheduling and control the equipment for reclamation work.• Approves incoming materials by confirming specifications, performing visual, measurements and field tests, returning unacceptable material and reporting to concerned engineers.• Completed the Temporary Jetty#3(65m*40m), CAMP Area of CPP Bangladesh SPM project, 1500-meter-long construction road (Brick paving), 1200m internal road (RCC paving), 600 square meter steel structural warehouse under the Project-Installation of Single Point Mooring (SPM) With Double Pipeline.
