1.Production Related: Prepare the production plann as per S&OP & leading team to achieve production target on specific time. To meet the production & delivery target of MFCB as per ABP. To Preparing raw material projection for targeted production & maintain close liaisons with procurement team to get on right time. To maintain the inventory of raw materials & finished goods in ERP & Physical system.  To increase the productivity, manpower setup, control & ensure proper utilization. Process development, Cost reduction & Reduce wastage. To ensure the quality production & take corrective action if quality fall. Scheduling team meeting, attendance monitoring and dealing with the working schedule staff and worker Coordinate & comply with Sales & Distribution (CDC) departments. Maintain ERP,5’S & QCC. Preparing BOM for a new upcoming product & giving guidelines, instruction and training before lunch a new product in production line. Standard Operating Procedure for machine, Operations & training to employees To Prepare performance report of Staff & Worker submit to Concern department  Monthly maintaining plant or machine breakdown report.2.Maintenance: Supervising the functions of troubleshooting & predictive / preventive/Breakdown & Routine maintenance for identifying areas of obstructions and reducing machinery downtime to minimum.(Such as Thermal Boiler, Air compressor, Short cycle laminating M/C)  Making sure necessary parts are always in the store. Maintenance and repair of Hydraulic & Pneumatic control system machineries Supply and installation for panel boards such as energy meter, voltmeter, ammeter, CT, selector switches for ammeter and voltmeter, indicating bulbs, holders and fuse etc. Create schedule of preventive & breakdown maintenance. Analyze breakdown, diagnose faults and supervised time and critical equipment repairs. Quality Check of SPR parts electrical item. Oversee and control maintenance cost.
