Current1.Production Related: Prepare the production plann as per S&OP & leading team to achieve production target on specific time. To meet the production & delivery target of MFCB as per ABP. To Preparing raw material projection for targeted production & maintain close liaisons with procurement team to get on right time. To maintain the inventory of raw materials & finished goods in ERP & Physical system. To increase the productivity, manpower setup, control & ensure proper utilization. Process development, Cost reduction & Reduce wastage. To ensure the quality production & take corrective action if quality fall. Scheduling team meeting, attendance monitoring and dealing with the working schedule staff and worker Coordinate & comply with Sales & Distribution (CDC) departments. Maintain ERP,5’S & QCC. Preparing BOM for a new upcoming product & giving guidelines, instruction and training before lunch a new product in production line. Standard Operating Procedure for machine, Operations & training to employees To Prepare performance report of Staff & Worker submit to Concern department Monthly maintaining plant or machine breakdown report.2.Maintenance: Supervising the functions of troubleshooting & predictive / preventive/Breakdown & Routine maintenance for identifying areas of obstructions and reducing machinery downtime to minimum.(Such as Thermal Boiler, Air compressor, Short cycle laminating M/C) Making sure necessary parts are always in the store. Maintenance and repair of Hydraulic & Pneumatic control system machineries Supply and installation for panel boards such as energy meter, voltmeter, ammeter, CT, selector switches for ammeter and voltmeter, indicating bulbs, holders and fuse etc. Create schedule of preventive & breakdown maintenance. Analyze breakdown, diagnose faults and supervised time and critical equipment repairs. Quality Check of SPR parts electrical item. Oversee and control maintenance cost.
